Now (Nov 18) available: industrial microphone for heavy-duty industrial applications.
The microphone comes with no pre-amplifier and needs biasing 2-10V DC from 2,2kΩ source. Pre-amplifiers can be customized (A- or C- characteristic)

Codec
Next, we will develop a SoundSensor solution based on the microphone and an industrial codec.
industrial codec will be cable-bound and heavy duty.
In terms of protocol we are still investigating. I-O LINK is number one, currently.
